Blowing the Lid On Cochabamba's Business Cesspit

I'm fed up with these little creeps here who think I am stupid. They run a fake persecution of the Alcalde Jose Maria Leyes to make it look like his scandalous past has been exposed, ... something about some mochillas he gave out to school kids as part of a campaign for election. Then nobody will think to look into the US$ 10 million Evo Morales gave him just before the February 21st 2016 referendum changing the constitution to allow the president to be reelected indefinitely. This US$10 million was supposedly for fighting crime, because young people were staying up all night committing crimes. Mainly on Tuesdays and Fridays, mainly talking about how much the better the world would be if people could start businesses without needing enormous amounts of capital to pay bribes to corrupt little shits like Evo Morales and Jose Maria Leyes. This was at a time when two women were being killed every three days, according to official figures which did not include those who were desaparecidos. At that time I had been trying to persuade people to start national cooperatives to support the setting up of networks employee-owned businesses, and as soon as this announcement of US$ 10 million was made, the interest in this dried up overnight, and people started talking about buying plots of land instead. Then a year and a half later there was a landslide and dozens of people were buried alive and killed. I can't help wondering how many of hem had bought their plots of land in ealy 2016. Then in 2017 there was a demonstration where people wanted one Jaime Enrique Quiroga to refund them money they had paid for parcels of land. Then there was an announcement by Jose Maria Leyes that US$10 million would ge spent on traffic flow improvements in the city.

And Leyes gave  some rude-sharing butt-jokey bum-chum friend of his a contract to supply school dinners, and the guy took the money and signed a contract to supply foid for school children, but he doesn't know anything bout food, let alone nutricion or running a business, so the school children have been fed indedible crap like this for years, whilst hundreds of thousands of dollars are paid to the cunt who runs this shit-show. I told you to sort this out years ago you fucking asshole.
