This is what it took to get Arizona State to pass a law saying saying that companies disposing of dead human bodies need a licence to operate, .... but they haven't yet gotten around to enforcing it, ... Hey, I wonder if you need a licence in Arizona to sell deep-fried male genitalia? .... I bet you don't! 😂
