China's Foreign Minister Geng Shuang on "British Democracy"

He points out that under British rule, Hong Kong People did not even have the right to peaceful marches on the streets. This is true, but it does not obviate the issue of the independence of the Hong Kong judiciary and the constitutionality of Hong Kong Basic Law. Why do we hear nothing from the Hong Kong judiciary?
