Apparently DW in Moscow tweeted "It is our civic duty to go out into the streets". I don't kow how that was translated, ... it could have been referring to their civic duty as journalists to cover the protest, ... otherwise, it sounds unlikely to me that they would make a statement like that in any official capacity. Deutsche Welle seems to be one of the most, if not the most professionally produced and well-balanced news source in the world. I would be interested to hear their response. I suspect that they may have been set up somehow.
