This is bull-shit. These people don't know anything about communications systems, networks or data. They are just talking up a plan they have to try to make sure big money stays in control of people's communications, and that people keep paying them hundreds of billions per year for something we could do ourselves for free. And of course Rupert Murdoch's newspaper is promoting their crap for free.
