I've only heard the first few minutes of this, but I think Polly is right. This is a real thing, and an incredibly stupid thing to try to do. The sort of thing only a bunch of complete fucking idiots would even dream of trying.
And things like Facebook were the means to do this sort of shit on a global scale.
