Alphabet Withdraw Google Play App Store from Huawei

OK people, time to write a new secure mobile OS that doesn't rely on Google's hopelessly insecure software update mechanism.

This Vesti reports notes that, as reported in this TechRepublic story:  Huawei have been developing their own mobile OS since November 2018, in anticipation of this move.

Another relevant thread is Jolla's licencing of Sailfish OS to Russia's Open Mobile Platform. But Sailfish is not a new OS, it's just Linux, like Android.

The FT's Kiran Stacey in Washington DC says that Trump's executive order is a massive pay day for Washington lobbyists, like Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross? 😂
