Carlos D. Mesa

Before you continue with your presidential election campaign, I would like to spend some time with you, in person, discussing what really happened in 2003. I think that  would be a good idea, because then I could reassure the people of Bolivia that your candidacy is indeed an alternative, not merely the wolf taking off the sheep's clothing.

This is important, because we need to understand what are the consequences of the present government's contractual obligations with foreign investors.
