US Presidential Executive Order on Mobile Phones

Apparently the order refers to unspecified evidence of surveillance capability of some kind. Perhaps what they are worried about is secure software that they can't breach?

This recent Sky News interview with Huawei UK executive VP Jeremy Thompson doesn't mention this order, but discusses the US position on 5G infrastructure.
