Runet Fail-Safe Internet Bill

This sounds like it will be good business for Runet. The experience they gain doing this will be valuable for other countries. The total cost of the project is no more than the estimated cost of one day of national network outage. One of the principal objectives is to secure the top-level DNS from external interference.
