As well as being Russian Minister of Defense, Sergey Shoigu is the President of the Russian Geographical Society. They have discovered the wreck of an American ship lost near the Kuriles, and he is suggesting, as president of the Geographical Society, that excavating this site would be an interesting collaborative project between the US and Russia, ... Just do it!
