Doctors in India Profiting from Needless Surgery on Poor Women

If you ever wondered where the attitude "I want to be a doctor because the pay is good" leads, this is one place: a woman borrowing a year's income to have an unnecessary hysterectomy so she can work harder at cutting sugar cane.
