Talking up the Australian Economy

It seems that there is a semi-organised network of "spruikers" in Australia who talk up the Australian economy on social media platforms like Twitter. I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be an "Integrity Initiative" project run from the British Foreign Commonwealth Office.
