Richie Allen Talking to Jason Bermas

This gives a very brief sketch of the big picture in the Epstein case. It seems pretty clear now that there is plenty of court evidence that Epstein's paedophile sex trafficing was being used as a scheme to entrap people with high public profiles with a view to blackmailing them into toeing the line and not going public with any information they had about high-level corruption. For example, see Iranian Foreign Ministry Urges UK Government to "Contain the internal forces that aim to escalate the conflict" and In the 2008 Crisis Deutsche Bank was Bailed Out to the Tune of US$350 billion.

This part of the discussion concerns Epstein's position on The Trilateral Commission:
The Trilateral Commission was formed in 1973 by private citizens of Japan, North American nations (the U.S. and Canada), and Western European nations to foster substantive political and economic dialogue across the world. ... founding members included Alan Greenspan and Paul Volcker, both later heads of the Federal Reserve System.

Afshin Rattansi interviews Gabor Maté

Many people seem to think "never again" means that all Jews are beyond recrimination. Maté, who is Jewish says "When I went to the Israeli occupied territories I cried for two weeks".

Here's Simon Tisdall's Guardian piece which Amy mentions: How Trump’s arch-hawk lured Britain into a dangerous trap to punish Iran.
Bolton’s delighted reaction suggested the seizure was a surprise. But accumulating evidence suggests the opposite is true, and that Bolton’s national security team was directly involved in manufacturing the Gibraltar incident. The suspicion is that Conservative politicians, distracted by picking a new prime minister, jockeying for power, and preoccupied with Brexit, stumbled into an American trap.

Part 2:

At 26 minutes there is a discussion of Ben Emerson's "defence of necessity" against the charge of breaking the Official Secrets Act. This may turn out to be a crucial precedent because, as Goodman says at 36 minutes, it is still going on today: Iranian Foreign Ministry Urges UK Government to "Contain the internal forces that aim to escalate the conflict" and Lord Goldsmith's judgement applies to any "cooked up" future war with Iran. The Iraq war in 2003 opened the day after this story about the NSA/GCHQ collusion broke.
