Putin on US - China - Russia Relations

I agree with Putin that the US actions are never constructive. They don't seem to be able to think that way about anything. But the reasons for the US trade war seem to be that they are trying to disentangle their economy from China's economy. And the reason that this so difficult is because of the British offshore banking network which has gone feral in China and Hong Kong. And the German economy too, is inextricably entwined with that of the Chinese.
