On Science

We need the public infrastructure to do large-scale global scientific data collection. For example, we need to start collecting microclimate data and doing 24 hour visible, ultraviolet and infra-red observations of the sky. We also need high-resolution maps of earth-potential and magnetic field intensity.  We also need to collect data on transport routes and goods and we need to be able to share this data internationally, for example, in order to optimise transport logistics globally. To do this, we will need a global economic infrastructure to support this cooperative development of human knowledge. We need secure communications so that this data can be collected and shared internationally, because the results are of value to all.
