On Pompeo's comment about getting "Unity Against Maduro" being Devilishly difficult. The problem is that Maduro himself is not unified. Venezuela has a history, and Venezuela's history is not independent of the history of the United States, nor Britain or France, nor that of Colombia, Nicaragua, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Bolivia or Peru, amongst many others. In particular, it is not independent of the history of the CIA. So, we really, really do need secure communications, people!
