A petrol tanker overturned in Tanzania, and the fuel was leaking out onto the road, over a hundred people came to collect the petrol that was leaking out, and when it caught fire fifty seven or more of them were killed, and a similar number injured in the explosion. See How Not to Fight Poverty.
